  • The sooner the better! Full planning clients typically book 12–18 months out, partial planning 6–12 months out, and month-of coordination at least 2–3 months before the event. For social and corporate events, lead time depends on event size and scope.

  • No! In addition to weddings, we specialize in social celebrations (birthdays, showers, anniversaries, galas, etc.) and corporate events (holiday parties, team-building, client appreciation, and more).

  • Absolutely. Every event is unique, and we’re happy to tailor our services to your specific needs.

  • Yes! We’re available for destination weddings and events for full planning services only. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

  • Yes, a non refundable 20% retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.

  • That depends on the package you choose. Full planning means we do most of the work with your input along the way. Partial planning and coordination involve more hands-on involvement from you, with us ensuring everything is organized, professional, and stress-free.

  • The day of we oversee setup, manage the timeline and bridal party, cue vendors, direct the ceremony processional and reception events, and handle any unexpected challenges related to maintaining timeline and flow of the day

  • Yes, we begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision and recommend the right planning package for you.

  • Our goal is to ensure your day unfolds seamlessly so you can be fully present and soak in every beautiful moment. While we’re here to oversee all the details and bring your vision to life, there are a few areas that fall outside of our scope.

    Your coordinator or planner will not:

    • Create or manage the guest list

    • Make financial decisions or sign contracts on your behalf

    • Perform heavy setup or cleanup such as moving tables, chairs, or large décor pieces

    • Take responsibility for personal items like jewelry, handbags, or gifts

    • Serve or replenish food and drinks, cut the cake, manage bar services, or handle food-related tasks
